“This is a real jewel in Ocala. My wife had the Chicken Enchiladas Verde and I had the Birria tacos. Fresh ingredients, large portions and incredible flavors are the norm here. Excellent prices, too. We will be coming back. 10/10 Edit: Back again and this time we had Vianney as our server. She is fantastic! Very friendly and knowledgeable about all the dishes. “This was our first visit to El Patron and were pleasantly surprised by the positive experience. Very friendly and professional host and servers who offered their knowledge about the menu. A complimentary bowl of fresh chips and salsa was a nice start. The burrito supreme was quite large and accompanied with rice and refried beans to make for an ample meal. My chicken enchilada dish with flour tortillas along with sour cream and fresh guacamole on the side hit all taste cylinders. This was quality Mexican food at a reasonable price. Less than $30 before tip.”
